QUALITY STATEMENT

For DURATEC a constant quality level of our products joins a top priority. Only if the specific quality is maintained over the long term, planning- and production safety can be guaranteed to the user. FACT is our exclusive partner and was one of the first producers, who firmly established a quality system (DiaShape system) for diamond and CBN products within its internal processes. On this way we are able to ensure our product quality today by a very proven and mature final inspection process.

With the help of high-tech measuring systems from the manufacturers IST and MALVERN, crucial parameters such as particle size and particle size distribution (PSD) can be heavily monitored. The result data of every measurement quality is getting transferred into an inspection report. This report is sent along with each our deliveries. By the assigning of individual lot numbers, we are able to track and trace each batch at any time.
